Okay, I sang the song from the Little Mermaid for Marigold and it went over well. Really well. She asks for it all the time and gets mad if I don't want to sing it 4 times in a row. I'm enjoying it even though it's repetitive because I know there will come a day when Mama singing is SO embarrassing.
She sways back and forth and looks off into the distance and then at me.
Quietly imagining the story in her head.
When I finish she claps vigorously and says "Good job Mama!!"
The other thing she loves us to do is draw trains for her. We draw them and then she colors all over them. SO much joy!
That first picture of her is unbelievable. She looks so beautiful. I really love her.
